Cefim-3 DS contains Cefixime, an orally active, third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with broad-spectrum bactericidal activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms. It is highly stable against β-lactamase enzymes, making it effective against pathogens resistant to many penicillins and some cephalosporins.
